Legal note — It is an imperative and mandatory condition that all aliens read the entirety of these Terms of Service and Expected Messaging Norms and accept them in full, otherwise service may be restricted or denied.

Please fill in the form in its entirety. Your name and other details are mostly used in identifying you (in the event someone else with a similar name/location also messages, to identify you more accurately). Once the message has been read and corresponding action has been entered into, these details will be anonymised or removed.
請完整填妥表格。閣下姓名及其它資料主要以辨別當事人為主，以避免「同姓同名」或「相同位置」人士之間潛在混亂。來信內容一經閱讀並開始處理，這些資料將會採取匿名化或移除。
Privacy information 隱私資訊
We need to know your name, sex, citizenship, company/school, and profession, so we can identify you properly (in case there are other people with, for example, your same name).
為避免「同名同姓」，須獲知你的姓名、性別、國籍/地區、公司/學校及職業。
We need to know your location so that we can deal with your message in a location-relevant way.
某些服務需要根據地理位置進行提供，因此須獲知你的地理位置。
Your information will be sent to servers in Switzerland.
閣下資訊將會傳輸至瑞士境內伺服器上。
David Feng, and authorised persons working with him, will be in receipt of your message.
馮琰及同他工作的人士將會閱讀你的訊息。

You will need to key in a Captcha Code, which is put into place to stop spammers or others trying to interfere with the normal operation of this system.

Please write David the way you would wish to be messaged yourself — courteous, respectful messaging is expected. We reserve the right to take action (which includes reporting to Enforcement bodies) in the event you send content which is illegal, libellous, invasive of privacy, or try to hack the messaging system.
「己所不欲，勿施於人」: 請以閣下希望得到對待方式與馮琰溝通，倡導使用文明及相互尊重文句。倘發現違法犯罪、誹謗、侵犯隱私來信內容，或發現試圖干擾通訊系統，可遭法律究治。

For messages sent on or after 26 May 2025, you should expect 24-48 hours for a reply. Sometimes, situations are more complex and we may send multiple replies in succession as complicated matters are considered step by step.
來信如於 2025 年 5 月 26 日及之後發出，相應回覆一般將於 24-48 小時內發出。有時，一些情況比較複雜，閣下可能會得到多份情況跟進訊息。
Unless otherwise indicated, your messages will be sent and processed on servers physically located in Switzerland. People closely working with David Feng may be sent copies of your message for the sole purpose of processing your request faster.
非以其它方式標明，閣下訊息將會於位於瑞士境內伺服設備進行處理。閣下訊息可能會轉發予與馮琰密切合作之人士，以更快辦理事宜。
David Feng does not respond to messages from alien “multi-channel networks” (“MCNs”).
馮琰不會理會域外「多渠道平台網路」(“MCN”) 之任何訊息。
Due to security concerns, the right not to provide a response is hereby reserved, although for ordinary matters, you should expect a response. Please note that messages that go against Swiss laws or advocate ideological extremism will be referred to Enforcement automatically.
基於安全考量，馮琰保留不回信權利，但對於普通社會大眾，應會得到回覆。請留意，來信內容凡涉及違反瑞士法律或主張意識形態極端主義，將會即刻上報予上級執法機關。
