David Feng has the right, but not the obligation, to provision rail-, metro- and tram-related content to any public/outside entity or individual where both sides are in such accord; or to refuse such provision, or to engage in such provision only under special conditions. The provisioning of content to such an outside side for rail-, metro- and tram-related matters does not necessarily imply recognition, support, or opposition for the political, religious, military or national security policies of the outside jurisdiction such entity or individual is located in, or where they may conduct business activities.
For the avoidance of doubt, the terms “public” or “outside” will refer to any entity or individual outside the immediate family of David Feng established in 2011 by marriage, and all children born within.
These principles take effect as of 01 November 2025.
